ROOF AND FLOOR TRUSS & COMPONENT MANUFACTURING

INNOVATION, TECHNOLOGY, EXPERIENCE & CUSTOMER SERVICE

With new investments in technology – including our 75,000 square foot component manufacturing facility – TTL provides innovative construction components that increase productivity on job sites, helping bring projects to completion more quickly and safely, with less waste.

Our experienced team of designers and project managers work with customers to identify plan conflicts to reduce change orders and delays in the field, setting the stage for our manufacturing team to precisely build components that meet the unique requirements of each project.

TTL’s team brings technology, equipment, experience and commitment to customer service to deliver innovative, game-changing and cost-effective construction components to our framing customers.

OUR NEWEST DIVISION

  • TTL T&C integrates the latest technologies into the component manufacturing process to ensure the optimal quality, precision and output, resulting in faster, more accurate construction.

  • TTL harnesses cutting-edge technology and extensive data capture to to optimize design and manufacturing processes, coordination, control and reporting at every project phase and ensure maximum productivity through completion.

  • TTL designs all of our construction components to ensure compatibility and streamline on-site assembly, while still allowing our clients the ultimate flexibility to create unique and distinct construction projects.

  • TTL’s ability to provide the full framing package allows for integrated component design and manufacturing that complements our line of building materials. Customers can rely on consistent, compatible and on-time material delivery that provides certainty for planning purposes.

  • TTL can coordinate the delivery and placement of materials at the jobsite, including plateline delivery, to help minimize costs, mitigate risk and maximize efficiency and performance.

  • Roof Trusses

TTL’s state-of-the-art truss assembly process includes auto-pick integration and laser projection for precision truss layout. TTL’s experienced designers engineer roof systems to ensure that all loads are accurately tracked, while minimizing the need for interior bearing walls or support beams. We can produce roof trusses to accommodate nearly any roof design for single-family production homes, custom homes, multi-family, hospitality and other commercial applications.

Our 20-ton truck-mounted cranes allow for plate-lined delivery of trusses in most situations up to three stories.

  • Floor Trusses

TTL designs floor trusses to provide greater span capability than dimensional lumber or joists, thus improving efficiency of interior bearing walls. Our open framing solution provides easy installation for HVAC, plumbing and electrical runs without field modifications and additional back framing costs.

Nailing surfaces are built for easy floor deck installation. Floor systems built with trusses allow for greater design flexibility with excellent noise-reducing results.

  • Wall Panels

TTL’s wall panels are assembled in our 75,000 square foot facility with state-of-the-art equipment that ensures panels are built to specification, with less labor and without the interruption of inclement weather. Manufactured panels improve efficiency, reduce cost, and speed up the construction process, providing consistent quality, fit and finish.

Walls are built to specification for single-family production & custom homes, standard apartments, low-income housing, student housing and other commercial applications.

  • CASSETTES

TTL builds prefabricated floor cassettes in a controlled environment, ensuring a higher degree of accuracy, consistency and quality. The finished floor sections are delivered to the jobsite and lifted into position with a crane to create a complete platform in a matter of hours, reducing build times by days or even weeks per floor. Onsite job safety is an added bonus since cassettes reduce the chance of falls which may occur in traditional floor framing.

Some roof designs may also be appropriate for cassettes. TTL’s team of designers and project managers are ready to determine how cassettes can enhance your next build.

  • Stairs

Using high-quality materials, wood stair systems are built by the TTL team in a controlled environment with precision machine cutting and efficient assembly, reducing jobsite construction time and minimizing costly measuring errors.

TTL’s stair production capabilities offer versatility in design and can be tailored to fit various architectural styles and specifications for all types of wood construction project needs.
